Urgent News:

The vote to legalize same-sex marriage in New York may happen Monday, the last day of session. If the vote is being postponed, that must mean that the votes are still short of passing. Please Please pray for a mircale in New York. This battle will be won on our knees! The balance hangs by one vote.

Prayer does work miracles, as we have seen in Maryland. Pray that the defenders of marriage would grow bolder and stronger in their defense, and that there would be changes on the side of those who would redefine marriage. Legislative Watchmen On Alert, Through the Night.

They've been known to do it and we don't expect anything less. June 30th is the last day before the Legislature breaks for the year. The sense of urgency to ram through radical legislation the last night is heightened since 2012 is an election year.

The last legislative day is typically action packed. Last session, we were able to stop a radical "Buffer Bill" which would have stifled the free speech rights of pro-life sidewalk counselors. We were there, on watch. Suddenly, our opponents didn't have enough votes. We defeated the bill without a single debate.

Mark your calendar. If you've wanted to be more involved, this is a great night to spend time with our team. Come for a few hours the evening of June 30th, we highly recommend you join us starting at 3pm until it's over in the morning. Come in shifts. It's a great time of camaraderie. We'll be there, watching and listening for what happens "under cover."
