Mark My Words An Urgent Message from the Executive Director This may be the most important message I have ever written. I pray what I am about to share will move you to see beyond today and strengthen your resolve. It's about your children, grandchildren and the ones you've yet to meet. This week, DFPC's own, attorney Austin Nimocks of the Alliance Defense Fund, testified before the U.S. Senate Committee that is trying to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). At the helm of this committee is Delaware's Senator Chris Coons. Watch this video of Austin's powerful testimony! There is an email circulating from Senator Coons asking for "citizen co-sponsors" of the bill he is pushing that would repeal the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). Yes, that means completely redefining marriage for the whole nation. But get this, the bill (S. 598) is titled the "Respect for Marriage Act." This is how the repeal of DOMA will affect YOU and YOUR FAMILY, as stated in a letter by Dr. James Dobson: "With the legalization of homosexual marriage, every textbook will be obsolete and every public school in the nation will be required to teach this perversion as the moral equivalent of traditional marriage between a man and a woman. Textbooks, even in conservative states, will have to depict man/man and woman/woman relationships, and stories written for children as young as elementary school, or even kindergarten, will have to give equal space and emphasis to same-sex relationships. How can a child, fresh out of toddlerhood, comprehend the meaning of adult sexuality? The answer is they can't, and they shouldn't, but it is happening in California and Massachusetts, already. Social propaganda to elementary school kids and beyond is already the order of the day." Mark my words, if DOMA is repealed, the full homosexual agenda will hit the classroom in Delaware within three years, starting in kindergarten. This issue is already the biggest threat to our religious liberty and parental rights. If this repeal is successful, it will have a direct impact on home schooling as well. Read More |
