Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said we should, "be fair" to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. Just because he was oblivious to the fact of terror arrests that happened in Britain hours prior.Can you imagine? This is not a run of the mill bureaucrat. This is the Director of National Intelligence. This is just another string in a long line of incompetence of the Obama administration.
It kind of makes me wonder what would happen if this guy or some other big shot had to make a decision with out all of the details. These people deal in matters of life and death. There is no room for error or an excuse like, "my dog ate my homework."
